You can book a Pickup through the app or the website, once you create your account. Select your volume, number of bins and date. It’s that simple.

No need to be there for Pickup, just leave a note for our drivers or tell us where we need to pick up. Simply make sure that our driver can access your bin(s).

You have two options:
Purchase your Commercial Pack online directly with your credit card
Invoices: if you want to receive invoices, please reach out to business@recyclesmart.com with your first and last name, phone number, email address, business name, business address and ABN

Yes! You can choose everything: the size and number of bins that need to be picked up, as well as your frequency.
Even better, you can adjust at any time.

You can skip a Pickup directly in your account. Your 26 or 52 prepaid Pickups are valid for 18 months from the date of your purchase.

After we collect your items, we sort each waste stream and send it off to our trusted Australian partners who will recycle the items.
Through our partnerships, we’ve diverted 98% of the waste we collect!
