🚫 What we don’t pickup
❌ No food, no organic, liquid, hazardous or dangerous materials.
✅ Only dry and reasonably clean stuff.
We sort your tricky waste by hand, so you don’t have to. A big thanks for keeping things clean for your local driver and our warehouse crew. We truly appreciate it!
If a load is too contaminated, food, liquids, or anything hazardous—we may have to leave it behind.
What happens to my items?
We work alongside our approved partners to find the best solution for your valuable resources: reusing or recycling.
For example, soft plastics will be turned back into oil or asphalt additive, wearable clothes are donated to local charities, like Australian Red Cross; gold, silver, copper, and rare earth metals are extracted from your e-waste, etc.
